Tapestry Farm is all about camelids and is home to huacaya and suri alpacas, classic llamas and now – Argentine Llamas. My menagerie also include livestock protection dogs, family dogs, cats and parrots — a veritable tapestry!

The goal at Tapestry Farm is to breed solid conformation and select for prime genetics to increase the quality of fiber, whether it's alpaca or llama fiber. Since I focus on the fiber and not just color, I tend to have a wide selection of colors with Peruvian, Chilean and Argentine bloodlines.

I try to diversify my breedings to search for the best combination of genetics to produce fine, uniform, dense fleeces. The conformation must be excellent so I can focus my attention on the fiber.

By the end of 2007, Tapestry Farm will be home to nearly 25 alpacas and llamas.

Tapestry Farm is proud to be a member of these organizations:

Alpaca Breeders of the Rockies (ABR)

Alpaca Owners and Breeders Association

Suri Network

International Llama Registry

Alpaca and Llama Show Association (ALSA
)

RMLA
